Nadir Solutions, LLC adheres to all federal and state regulatory and ATF requirements; therefore, your information will only be disclosed or referenced in accordance with required federal and state reporting standards.

We are processing sales by Federal, State, and Local firearm laws.

Federal law requires all actions to be shipped to a holder of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). Upon purchasing any Firearm, Action, or other device requiring a NICS background check, we request that your FFL of choice email a copy of their signed license to [email protected] for the order to be completed and shipped. All customers are responsible for contacting and supplying the required FFL contact information to proceed with the purchase.Upon transfer to the customer-supplied FFL holder, Nadir Solutions, LLC is no longer responsible for the item nor the transfer of the item to the customer. The business actions or practices of the customer-supplied FFL holder are not the responsibility of Nadir Solutions, LLC. Nadir Solutions, LLC is not liable for any conflict or issue that may arise between the customer and the supplied FFL holder, nor is Nadir Solutions, LLC liable for any issues arising in a required customer background check or transfer disproval thereof.

Age requirement for the purchase of firearms and adult signature required.

Handguns

Under Federal Law, Federal Firearms License Holders (FFLs) may not sell, deliver, or otherwise transfer any firearm or ammunition to any individual who the licensee knows or has reasonable cause to believe is under the age of 21. (18 U.S.C. 922(x)

Long Guns

(Rifles/Shotguns): Under Federal Law, FFLs may not sell, deliver, or otherwise transfer a long gun or long gun ammunition to any person the licensee knows or has reasonable cause to believe is under the age of 18. (18 U.S.C. 922(x)

Firearm restrictions by state.

All firearms purchases out of the State of Texas will comply with the respective State of Delivery prior to shipping, referencing the posted   ATF State Laws and Published Ordinance.
